The M20 Multiplier is designed to produce output frequencies to 20GHz using an 5GHz tone generated by Apria's MD6 module.   There are three paths.

• 1 to 20GHz at +11dBm

• 50MHz to 6GHz at +8dBm

The Multipliers include 5, 7, 10GHz bandpass and 14GHz highpass filters to suppress 1X feed through and harmonics to -45dBc.
The module attaches to a host PCB with Mill-Max type pins.  Communications are SPI and power consumption is 4 watts.
